Jahia Distributions

Before downloading and installing Jahia, please check that your server fulfills the system requirements .

Follow at least the two first steps below to deploy your Jahia Server:

1 - Java Development Kit (JDK)

The Jahia Standard Edition requires the installation of a Java virtual machine (Full JDK required). You can find a free copy here if you need one :

Make sure that the JAVA_HOME environnement variable is set-up. Click here to learn how to configure it in Windows or Unix.

2 - Jahia Server + Upgrades/Patches + older releases

Download the free and open source Community Edition of Jahia or the a 60 days trial of the Commercial Editions, including :
- Apache Tomcat 5.5.x
- HyperSonic SQL (Default embedded database)
- Jahia 5.0.x (or an older releases)

(All patches and upgrades to the latest version are also available in this section - Daily nightly builds for all major releases are also available on this site: http://nightly.jahia.org/ - Starting from Jahia 5 and for your convenience, a Service Pack (SP) branch was created and allows you to directly test all the latest bug fixes without all the other kernel modifications or code refactorings which might bring severe performance and stability problems. Please do not use nightly builds for production purposes).

After 60 days, the trial version for the Commercial Editions of Jahia will be automatically converted back to a free and open source Jahia Commmunity Edition. Please contact us at license@jahia.org if you need a new license key to extend your trial period or if you want to purchase a commercial Jahia distribution.
